Invoicing will start at the end of April/beginning of May 2025

You may cancel your reservation or move it to another event without penalty up to July 4, 2025

Final payments are due by Nov 27, 2025 (American Thanksgiving)

What does my retreat pricing include?

We have been hard at work making this retreat better and better each year. After feedback from our 2025 attendees, we are excited to announce we’ll be adding a second catered dinner and more cultural classes.
