Troubleshooting Trip Plans Sign up/Sign in
If you're having issues signing into the Trip Plans app, try these steps to get signed in:
If you've never created an account with the Trip Plans app, you can do so to save your trip to your account or access the chat messaging feature. However, you are not required to create an account to view your itinerary.
If you are creating an account, here are the requirements and tips for your password: Passwords must be 10+ characters long. Passwords may not contain words or elements of your email address. Passwords may not be from a list of common or known compromised passwords (e.g., 12345).
Many users accidentally try to use the "Sign Up" screen instead of the "Sign In" screen on the app. To sign in, tap the "Already have an account? Sign In" option to access the login window.
If you're still having trouble signing in, double-check the email address you're using to ensure it matches the one you originally used to create your free client account on Travefy. Many users have multiple email addresses and may forget which one they used with the Trip Plans app.
If you're unable to log in, you can use the "Forgot your password" option to reset your password and regain access to the mobile app.
Finally, if you get to any point where it asks for a credit card number or says your trial has started - that means I sent you the wrong link! Please contact me so I can get you the correct one!
